Life Skills sessions are held daily, Monday to Friday and include a variety of activities including the following.

One of the recent art and craft sessions involved making necklaces and bracelets using beads. The Service Users worked extremely hard and impressed the staff so much that some of the items they made went up for sale in our charity shop. Well done to all those involved.
