Public opinion shows that there is a negative stigma attached to homelessness. We need to raise awareness of the severity of this problem. Here in Lincoln, The Nomad Trust works towards helping homeless people from all walks of life to regain their independence and self-respect. When a person is at their lowest ebb, we are here to offer shelter, food, warmth and companionship together with guidance and support. Working with some of the most vulnerable people in society, The Nomad Trust is providing more than just a roof over people's heads.
Are you homeless? Do you need a place to stay tonight? If so then call us on 01522 883703 (office hours only) or contact us at our emergency night shelter on 01522 504588 (outside office hours)
The criteria for entering the night shelter is:
- You need to be over 18 years
- You must be single homeless
- You need to have a National Insurance number and be eligible to claim benefits
- You need to pass risk assessment before admission
